For WARRANTY CLAIMS: On field "Description" inform Invoice number, purchase date, part numbers and serial numbers of the Böning parts you would like to claim warranty.

 

For SERVICE QUOTATION: On field "Description" inform the detailed description of the problem.

 

For RETURN PART FOR REPAIR/ANALYSIS:  On field "Description" inform part numbers and serial numbers of the Böning parts you would like to request a repair quotation. You will receive an e-mail with a RMA number and the authorization to send the part to us.

 

For SPARE PART QUOTATION: On field "Description" inform part numbers and serial numbers of the part you would like to purchase a spare.
